Alun Bollinger is one of New Zealand’s leading
cinematographers with credits including Peter
Jackson’s Heavenly Creatures, Vincent
Ward’s Vigil and Geoff Murphy’s
Goodbye Pork Pie. He was camera operator
for Jane Campion’s The Piano and
scenic cinematographer for The Lord of the
Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. He has
recently returned from Australia where he was
Cinematographer on Anna Reeves new feature The
Oyster Farmer.
Previous collaborations with Gaylene Preston were
on Mr Wrong, Bread and Roses and
War Stories.
