VLADIVOSTOK FILM FESTIVAL – Rachael Blake wins Best Actress

76 films from 17 countries were selected to screen at this years festival: 17 in competition and 59 films out-of-competition. The international jury, which included Australian filmmaker John Hughes, commented on the clever choice of films screened in competition… Rachael Blake, who was also in attendance at the festival, won the Best Actress Award for her standout, tour-de-force performance in the moody New Zealand film, "Perfect Strangers".
